BBC2, 6:30pm....I shall be ont'telly!!!! I'm stupidly excited about it. So thought I'd vent my excitement. I already am regretting the decision to do it on twister because people will think I'm an insane fiend, but lj feels much easier to put feelings across like that...
EEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fran and Hannah are unpacking Fran's room, so I left them to it. Felt a bit sort of odd, but meh.
I don;t know why I feel so down. It's rather odd. I've been so happy and now I'm like...I don;t know.
Maybe I should just stop blogging for a mo.
I decided to test whether I can touch type, so am writing this blindfolkded. No peeking.
Crap, that sentence came out rather well!!!!!
Does this mean I spend too much time online???????
As you can tell, I should be translating right now. 65 lines down...800-65 lines to go. Maths is too much effort. (before any of you whinge that itt's because I can't do it, bugger off. My dad's a maths teacher. Hence my rebellion, I WILL NOT BE FORCED TO DO MENTAL ARITHMETIC ANY MORE!!!!
Or rather, I do.
I've finally decided to take up the pen and write a panto, but I'm stuck on one thing. The plot is sorted, the songs are sorted, all bar one.
I need ideas for the most seductive song you can think of...It's got to be singable by the average female, and sound OK played only on a piano.
I've been wracking my brains but I just can't think of anything suitable!!!!!!
Other than that, I'm quite enjoying the writing process :D xxx
Well, in fact it was actually a bit of a laugh. Met lots of lovely people, did some fabulous dressing up, some lovely singing.........inevitably there was some greek involved, but that is by the by. Exhausting, but better than sitting about all day in a shop waiting for the non-existant customers to come in, which is what I'll be doing for the next month :(
On the way back I stopped off in London for lunch with Ben, which was awesome, even though he rubbed in the fact that he had an amazing tan after 2 days, whereas me sunbathing at Greek Camp for 2 weeks has left me just slightly less milky, but still decidedly magnolia.
Then I jumped on a bus to CAMBRIDGE!!!! For a spot of light entertainment! Ooooh! It was fabulous! I can't wait til term starts now! A night spent in the House of Cool, a wave goodbye to those Edinburgh-ing, and then I set off home myself. Am shattered now! But anyways, am very glad that something vaguely exciting has happened this vac. Still....man count is still zero. Rrrrr.
Roll on October...... xxx
